During a routine inspection
People told us that the service they received at the practice was 'brilliant' and 'excellent'. They also told us that the practice was 'efficient and friendly' and they had 'confidence' in the staff. They commented that the staff were 'always willing to help'. One person said the dentist explained treatment to them 'fully and inside and out'.
We found there were suitable arrangements for obtaining people's consent for the care and treatment provided to them. People told us they were always asked for this and their medical history was asked for and updated.
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance was followed. People told us that the surgery was always very clean when they visited.
