During a routine inspection
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. We saw that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People we spoke with told us the practice was always very clean and staff always wore protective clothing when treating them.
Staff received appropriate professional development. We saw that a training programme was in place to provide staff with the training and support they needed to maintain their qualifications.
The practice had an effective well organised system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received. People were given information about how to raise concerns. All the people we spoke with said they were happy with the service they received. The practice also used surveys to gain people's opinion. The outcome of the ones completed this year contained positive answers to the set questions.
