During a routine inspection
People told us they were satisfied with the service they received. They told us the dentist explained all the treatment options available, the risks involved and the cost of the treatment beforehand. People told us the practice was clean and that staff wore personal protective equipment. People said they would feed confident to raise any concerns or comments they had with the dentist. Comments from people we met, online reviews and surveys included 'it's local, convenient; staff are friendly and warm and also understand the needs of the nervous person' and 'great service, always helpful and polite'.
