During a routine inspection
People told us they did not have to wait too long for appointments and that they were always welcomed in a friendly manner. One person said 'I have never struggled to get an appointment and if I have had an emergency they have seen me straightaway.' Another person said 'No problem getting an appointment they are quite flexible.'
People commented to us that they thought the surgery and practice building were clean. One person said 'The practice is always kept spotless.'
We spoke with one of the four dental nurses who told us they were supported to ensure they were up to date in their clinical practice.
The practice had systems in place to monitor the quality of the service, which also included feedback from people who used the service.
