During a routine inspection
He told us that he was fully satisfied with all aspects of the service he and his wife had received. He said that staff were always friendly and respectful.
He had no doubts that his privacy was protected. He was involved in working out what method of treatment was best for his condition.
He knew exactly the treatment options and how much they cost as the surgery always explained to him in detail any relevant issues.
He told us he thought the practice offered a very good quality service. He said he'd never had cause to complain, but if he had any issues he would tell the staff and he felt they would sort it out.
He said that the hygiene and cleanliness throughout the building were of a very high standard and said he had no issues about that at all.
