During a routine inspection
People made positive comments and indicated that they were pleased with the treatment they received. They described the treatment as "excellent" and 'very good.' We concluded that people experienced treatment that met their needs and protected their rights.
People told us the practice was always clean. One person commented, "It's spotless." We saw that the treatment rooms, decontamination room, waiting rooms and other communal areas were clean and tidy. We concluded that people were cared for in a clean and hygienic environment.
People told us they thought staff knew what they were doing. One person told us, "They're very professional." We found that people were cared for by staff who were skilled and supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to the appropriate standard.
People told us they felt able to raise any concerns or comments about the service and they had no complaints to make. We concluded that people were made aware of the complaints system and that this was provided in a format that met their needs.
