During a routine inspection
People told us they were pleased with the service. One person said the staff were 'Very nice, very friendly, especially the receptionists. Generally pleasant, put you at ease'.
People were satisfied that they had been given good information about their treatment. One person said, 'They gave me a treatment plan and explained the costs, very explicit.'
People who spoke to us had been happy with the care they had received. One person said, 'It is the most comfortable my teeth have been for a long time.'
We saw that staff had been given training and guidance to help them protect children and vulnerable adults from potential abuse and to support people who might lack capacity to make decisions about their treatment.
We saw that systems were in place to maintain a safe and hygienic service and to monitor the quality of the service.
