During a routine inspection

During our inspection process we spoke to five people who had recently used this dental practice. People told us that they were happy with the service provided and the treatment they had received. One person told us 'We are all very happy with the service provided'. Another person said 'A friend recommended this dentist to me and I have been very satisfied'.

People told us that staff were friendly and polite and that they were shown respect. We found that people were informed about the treatment they needed and were given choices and options regarding this.

We found that people had received the care and treatment they needed. One person said 'In my view the care and treatment I have had is what I needed '.

We saw that processes were in place to prevent infection. People we spoke with had no concerns about the cleanliness of the practice.

We saw that there were procedures in place for the safe recruitment of staff which meant that people using the practice were protected from being treated by unsuitable staff.

We saw that processes were in place to monitor the quality of the service provided and the satisfaction of people using it.
