During a routine inspection
We saw staff spoke with people in a respectful manner and understood the requirements for privacy, dignity and confidentiality. People told us all their consultations and treatments were undertaken in the privacy of the dentist's treatment rooms.
People's medical history had been checked at each examination and any changes in medication or health status were updated. This helped to inform the dentists of any issues that could impact upon the different treatment options.
Effective systems were in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Staff said they felt well supported and had an annual appraisal of their work where any training needs were discussed and recorded
