During a routine inspection
Cromwell Dental Practice had recently moved from its previous location in June 2012. The dentist was one of two dental services registered with the same provider and located in the same building.
We spoke with two people who had appointments at the dentist on the day of our visit.
The people we spoke with talked positively about their experience.
Comments included, 'The staff are courteous and respectful. I have known the receptionist a long time, they know me well and are friendly and welcoming.' And 'Since the practice has moved here the appointment times have improved.'
Other comments made were, 'The dentist explains the treatment required and advises what I need. I'm always informed of treatment costs before I have the treatment.'
