During a routine inspection
People said they felt respected by staff and were fully involved in the decisions about their dental care and treatment. This was also confirmed in our observations.
People told us that they would recommend the service to others. One person said that they had recommended the service, 'Many times.' Another person said they had recommended the service to several people, especially, 'Anxious patients' as they found the dentist to be, 'Very calming.'
People commented on the warm welcome they received from staff. One person described staff as, 'Extremely friendly' who 'Always remembered' their name.
During our announced inspection we asked people if the waiting area and clinics normally looked clean and tidy. They told us they did. One person said, 'It's always like this.'
