During a routine inspection
People spoke highly of the service they received at the practice. One person said: "I think the staff here are wonderful, they have helped alleviate my anxiety about coming to the dentist." Another person said: "They are professional and sensitive. They explain about any treatment I may need and encourage me to make my own decision about the best treatment for me." A third person told us: "It's the best practice that offers treatment on the NHS, an excellent standard."
The practice had systems in place to monitor and reduce cross infection, safeguarding people and investigating complaints. There was the opportunity for people to air their views through the patient satisfaction survey and we saw that the information gathered was used to improve quality of care.
