During a routine inspection

We spoke with six people who used the service, by telephone. All were complimentary about the quality of service provided at the practice. People told us they were informed about their treatment and had been involved in making decisions about their care. They made comments such as "The staff are always friendly and kind", "The dentist puts you at ease" and "I can't fault them, they are always professional".

People told us they were always treated with respect and kindness. People said receptionists, dental nurses and the dentists were welcoming and friendly. People told us they were always involved fully with their treatment plans and were informed about the possible options and costs, before embarking on a course of treatment. They said they could make decisions about their care, could ask questions and staff would listen to their views.
