During an inspection looking at part of the service
At our visit on 11 July 2013 there were no patients to speak to as there were no appointments booked at the time of the inspection. However, we looked at the action taken by provider to address shortcomings identified at our previous inspection. We found that the provider had made the improvements set out in the action plan submitted in response to the previous inspection. People's care and treatment was now planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure their safety and welfare and they were now systems in place to ensure they were protected against the risk of infection.
