During a routine inspection
The person using the service was pleased with the care and treatment they had received. They said they were always treated in a respectful manner. They told us, "I get good explanations and care from the dentist, much better than previous surgeries. It is clean and I will continue to use this service." The person told us they were given "precise" information about options and fees, and they knew how to make a complaint, if necessary.
Staff we spoke with demonstrated a good awareness of safeguarding and there were effective systems in place to minimise the risk of infection.
Information was available for people about how to make a complaint and the service had procedures for dealing with any complaints.
