During a routine inspection
The provider has systems in place to ensure that people's opinions were sought at every point of the planning and delivery. Adequate staff were available to deliver and people seemed to build good relationships with them. People said that the staff were, 'Excellent', and another said, 'Very good she really is'.
Care was planned and delivered as required and people were confident that staff were able to meet their needs. The staff built good relationships with the people and treated them with dignity and respect, whilst helping to maintain their independence. Adequate training was delivered to care staff to ensure the risks of abuse were minimised for people and to ensure staff were skilled and qualified to deliver the service.
People were given plenty of opportunities to give their opinion about the service, allowing the providers to respond to suggestions and maintain a service of good quality.
