During a routine inspection
Records demonstrated that appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work and that dental staff maintained their General Dental Council (GDC) registration. Patient satisfaction surveys were available for people to complete and completed forms were consistently positive about the service provided. Additional comments included, "Always available to answer queries or concerns'. We saw evidence that audits were regularly performed to assess and monitor service provision, these included infection control and x-ray equipment audits.
