During a routine inspection
People said they had been told about the treatments available, so they could make an informed choice. They told us the staff were supportive and friendly and helped them to gain in confidence. The people we spoke with all expressed satisfaction with the care and treatment they or their relative received. People said they could get emergency appointments the same day if needed.
Comments on thank you cards received included 'Thank you for your time and patience straightening my teeth and thank you both for making me feel at ease when visiting your clinic' and 'you've helped me regain my confidence by giving me my smile back'. Comments made by people at the time of inspection included 'They are wonderful', 'always welcoming and good to come to' and about the dentist, 'this gentleman does excellent work and is a very pleasant man'.
People confirmed the practice was always clean and tidy. People said the dental nurse was always present with the dentist when they received treatment. People told us the dentist always explained what he was doing as he went along and gave them the opportunity to express any worries or issues during their treatment. They said they would be confident to raise any concerns they might have and felt these would be addressed.
