During a routine inspection
Information was on display to patients about the costs of treatment, the name of the dentist and how to make a complaint. We saw that patients were involved in making decisions about their treatment.
Staff knew what action to take in the event of needing to report any safeguarding concerns.
We saw that there were systems in place to maintain the hygiene of the surgery and dental instruments used.
There were systems in place to monitor service delivery and the health and safety of the environment.
