During a routine inspection
Everyone told us that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them and were aware of their treatment plan and associated costs. They all felt very involved in their treatment. One person said: "I am always told what is happening and what needs to be done.'
We found that the surgery was clean and tidy and that staff understood the cleaning procedures to be followed. One person told us: 'The place is spotless.' Another person said: 'It is immaculate.'
We saw that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of cross infection.
The staff were appropriately trained and supported. The provider had systems in place to ensure the quality and safety of the service provided but these needed to be developed further.
