During a routine inspection
People said that before they were offered the care everything was agreed with them and they knew what to expect.
One person told us, 'The staff are very respectful, they really are good and I wouldn't be able to cope without them'.
People told us that their care was, 'Very personalised'. They said their care plan was updated when their needs changed, and the staff were, 'Very caring'.
People said that they receive a service from a consistent, team of staff, although occasionally they get new staff if someone is off sick or on holiday. One person told us they had been receiving a service from the same member of staff for about a year; they viewed this very positively.
People told us they had never made a complaint however, they were confident if they had a complaint it would be dealt with properly.
People told us that the managers came to their home to carry out spot checks on the staff, and to ensure they were receiving a good quality service.
