During a routine inspection
People told us that they were asked for consent before any care or treatment took place and their wishes respected. They said they choose to take part in a range of community based activities that they enjoyed.
We found that people's health needs were supported and the service worked closely with health and social care professional to maintain and improve people's health and well-being. People's nutritional needs were catered for in line with their individual dietary needs. People said: 'My favourite meal is shepherd's pie and I really like the food'.
We saw that there were systems in place to make sure people received their medication safely.
People were receiving care from trained experienced staff who were supervised and supported by the management team.
Records were held securely and safely.
