During a routine inspection
People told us they could get hold of the office staff if they needed to, either to change an appointment time or if they weren't happy with an aspect the service which needed to be sorted out. One person told us there had been problems with the timing of their visits but that the office staff have now resolved this concern.
People told us that they felt safe with the staff who visited them. Comments from the people who use the service included ' "I can't fault my three carers ' they can't do enough for me. I would give them a medal if I could"; "the staff members all treat my husband with the utmost respect" and "the staff members who come in are like one of the family".
When asked what the best thing about the agency was one person replied "[the] happy cheerful staff" and another said "friendly staff who chat with you".
