During a routine inspection
People's care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that met their needs. The people we spoke with told us that the dentist always sent them a letter explaining options for any treatment they needed. They said that they were involved in discussions about their treatment to make sure that it suited their needs.
People were treated in an environment which was clean and hygienic. The people we spoke with told us that the surgery was always clean. There were processes to control infection and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people using the service. People said they felt safe with the staff.
There were comment cards so that people could give their views about the service. People could also post reviews on the surgery website. The provider was introducing improvements in response to comments.
