During a routine inspection
People told us they were pleased with the referral process and the information they were given, prior to and throughout their procedures. People were very complimentary about the approach of staff and the way they had been supported, describing staff as 'lovely' and 'really kind'.
No person that we spoke with had any concerns. People's comments included:
'I've been happy from start to finish.'
'I would have no problems recommending it!'
'I was really pleased at how nice they all were.'
'It was all great.'
During the inspection we assessed how the service promoted people's care and welfare and processes for safeguarding people from abuse. We also looked at arrangements for the support and training of staff and how managers monitored the quality of the service and dealt with customer complaints. We did not identify any concerns in any of the areas we inspected.
