During a routine inspection
People told us they were satisfied with the support they received. Comments included, 'I am happy with things; staff are very good' and 'They help me to do the things that I want to do'.
People using the service had opportunities to express their views and opinions about their care and support. This included being involved in making decisions about their individual support needs and about their daily lives.
People told us there were enough staff to provide support when they needed it. Comments included, 'I talk to staff about what I would like to do or where I would like to go and they sort it out' and 'Staff are the best'. During our visit we observed staff interacting with people in a friendly, kind and respectful way. Staff told us there were sufficient numbers of staff to flexibly meet people's needs.
People were encouraged to discuss any concerns. They told us they were happy and had no complaints. Comments included, 'I can talk to my key worker if I have a problem' and 'We talk about things at our meetings; if there is anything it always get sorted'.
