During a routine inspection
The people living at Maple Lodge and their relatives told us they had been satisfied with the support they had received. We found that people had been consulted about their care and had received the care they had needed and preferred.
There were sufficient staff working at Maple Lodge to meet the needs of the people living there. Relatives told us that they liked the staff team. Their comments included, 'Fantastic,' and 'They do a good job.' Staff had the experience and training they needed to support people safely and well. Throughout our visit we observed that people appeared comfortable with the staff supporting them.
Systems were in place at Maple Lodge to check the quality of the service provided and to plan and monitor any improvements identified.
