During a routine inspection
People we spoke with told us that they understood their treatment and that staff had explained what would happen. We heard one person say that they were unsure about what they had to pay; however staff clarified this promptly and the person was happy with the outcome. We heard another person say that they were in a hurry and staff responded sympathetically, advising that the visit would not take long.
Testimonials from people who had used the service showed that staff had been able to put them at ease and that they had been satisfied with their experiences. For example, one person said that they had been allowed time to relax before treatment started and that staff had 'talked me through everything.' People we spoke with confirmed that they were happy with the treatment and advice they had received on the day of our visit.
