During a routine inspection
We asked people if they knew how to make a complaint. We were told that any concerns would be raised with a member of staff and people were confident that any complaints would be dealt with effectively.
We spoke with five members of staff. They said that they were well supported by the agency and that they were provided with the training and information they needed to support people effectively.
We also spoke to a social worker who told us that there were no concerns about the agency. They supported people to access a range of activities in the community.
