During a routine inspection
We saw that support plans clearly showed people's dietary needs and and how this should be maintained. We saw that staff had the equipment they needed to minimise cross infection and there were systems in place to maintian the service's hygiene.
Staff were recruited following a the required checks. The provider had checks and audits in place to monitor the care provided to ensure the service was run in the interest of the people who used it. All the records used in the running of the service were well maintianed and accurate.
