During a routine inspection
People that used the practice told us that they were happy with the quality of treatment received. They felt they had been given enough information about their treatment options and the relevant fees, and had been able to ask all the questions they wanted to.
One person that used the practice told us they received: 'Very high quality care, they (staff) are really nice and they put you at ease.' Another person said: 'Quality of care is excellent, they (staff) are good communicators and responsive to my needs.'
During our inspection we saw the practice was clean and tidy. People we spoke with told us that this was also the case when they attended their dental appointments. One person that used the practice told us, the practice: 'Always looks lovely and bright and, nice and clean.' Processes were in place to ensure that equipment was safe to use and high levels of cleanliness maintained.
The provider had processes in place to monitor people's views about their care and treatment offered. People told us that they had never had cause to complain about their dental care and treatment they had received. People told us they were satisfied with the service.
