During a routine inspection
All of the patients we spoke with said the treatment options were explained to them. Most of them said they had been involved in decisions about the treatment they received.
We found that the provider had policies and procedures in place to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. The staff we spoke with were aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to this. This meant that patients who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse.
We found that the practice had effective system in place for controlling the risk of infection. We saw that the practice provided a clean and hygienic environment for patients.
