We found the provider had reasonable systems in place to ensure their records were up to date and people's records were securely stored.

People we spoke to told us that staff assisted people to be as independent as possible and were available 24 hours and day 7 days a week if needed. The manager told us that staff were allocated to one person at all times and this did not change unless it was requested by the person or the family.
Due to the static nature of the staffing we found that the service did not have the relevant documentation and rota's in place to identify where staff were at any given time. Staff were also not issued with ID badges to help identify them when out with people.
