During a routine inspection
People told us that care workers arrived on time and if they were running late, they would normally receive a telephone call to inform them. They also told us that the provider sent them the same care workers which ensured that the care delivered was consistent.
We looked at five staff files during our inspection. These included evidence of training courses attended and also records of supervision meetings. The training that was delivered was a mixture of classroom based and e-learning. We were shown the online e-learning resource used by the provider. We were also provided with a record of all the training that had been completed by current staff and of training booked for the future.
We saw evidence that the provider carried out regular audits to assess and monitor the service. These included quality monitoring of staff records, care plans and care worker visits.
