During a routine inspection
All people spoken with told us they were treated with dignity and respect by the care workers and office staff. One person said 'The care workers are good company, I enjoy them coming' and another told us 'The care workers put me at my ease.'
People spoken with told us they were happy with the care they received from the service. One person said 'The care workers always provide the care I need.' Another person told us 'They always do all the things I need them to do, and sometimes more besides.'
People spoken with were complimentary about the care workers and the standard of care and support they received from them. One person commented 'I feel comfortable with the care workers.' Another person told us 'I feel safe and have no worries about the people coming to provide my care.'
All people spoken with said they had no complaints about the service at this time. People told us they knew who to speak to if they had any concerns or complaints and believed action would be taken. One person said 'I have never needed to make a complaint but I know who to speak to if I needed to.'
