During a routine inspection
People and their relatives told us they had enough information about the service and had been involved in making decisions about their care. All the relatives we spoke with were happy with the service and praised the care workers. One person said, "there isn't anything else they could do better. They are doing quite well, a good job, with my dad." The agency assessed people's individual needs and undertook individual risk assessments to ensure that the care provided was appropriate and safe.
The agency checked that all workers were suitable to provide personal care to people in their own homes before they started work. The care workers received an induction, training and regular supervision with the manager. We spoke with one care worker who confirmed they were trained and supported to carry out their role.
