During a routine inspection
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection as appropriate national guidance was followed
Staff attended mandatory core continuing professional development training and had opportunities to obtain further qualifications. This meant that patients were cared for by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
Patient notes and medical records were kept in locked cabinets beneath the reception desk with the keys held in the receptionist's care. The cabinets were checked and were locked.
