During a routine inspection
We spoke with people who used the service and with relatives of people who used the service. All the people we spoke with were happy with the care and support being provided to them. One person told us, "The staff are fantastic, absolutely wonderful - I call them the 'A' Team". Another person said, 'The girls (staff) never do anything before asking me first. They always make sure I'm alright about things. When I'm being helped in the morning they are very kind and considerate and always ask me before doing anything'.
We found that Creative Support provided service users with appropriate information and support in relation to their agreed plan of care.
Staff were provided with appropriate training opportunities and received regular supervision both at the office and whilst on site supporting people using the service.
We saw that there were effective systems in place to monitor and provide opportunities to improve service delivery. There was a complaints procedure in place and any concerns were followed up appropriately.
