During a routine inspection
We looked at the care provided to the small number of people using the service. We saw care records gave good information about the care needs of the person and how they were being supported.
We spoke with a relative of one person using the service. They told us,
"X (the manager) has been a lifesaver...my gran is really happy...we thought she was going to be housebound but she is now going out."
One person using the service told us,
"I've had a very good service."
We looked at how the service managed people's medication. We were satisfied the service had good systems in place to ensure people received their medication safely.
We looked at safeguarding policies and procedures. We were satisfied the service had a good understanding of how to safeguard people.
We looked at quality assurance systems. We were satisfied the service had good systems in place to monitor and review the service being provided to people.
