During a routine inspection
We found that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. All staff spoken with told us they had the information they needed to care for people safely.
Staffs were clear about the action to take should they have any concerns about people using the service and confirmed they had received safeguarding training. This meant staff would take the appropriate action to ensure people were safe.
There were systems in place to monitor the service provided and ensure people's views were taken into account about the service provided.
Systems were in place to investigate and respond to complaints but people's views were not sought to ensure people were satisfied with the outcome. One person told us 'There are too many different care staff coming, no continuity I have told the manager but I feel I was not listened too'.
