During a routine inspection
People's support was effectively planned and delivered. They were assisted by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. A health professional told us "staff have a very good understanding of the people who use the service and how to support them. There have been measurable improvements in people's community engagement and life skills."
People were safeguarded against the risks of abuse and poor quality support. The provider had ensured staff understood how to protect people. The quality of the service people received was regularly checked. The organisation had learnt from adverse incidents and complaints. Changes had been made which improved people's experience of the service.
