Delivering evidence-based care and treatment
We looked at 4 patient care records. The information recorded in these patient care records was in line with recognised guidance. Improvements had been made to radiograph reporting which had been completed fully in each of the patient care records we saw. The practice had systems for the safe handling and prescribing of medicines. We saw evidence of dispensed medicines labelled with the required information, and a log had been implemented to monitor stock of antimicrobials.
