During a routine inspection
'On the whole they're very good.'
'Nothing is too much trouble for my regular carers.'
'A smashing bunch of girls.'
'Very friendly.'
We also saw feedback received by the organisation via their quality assurance phone calls, which was positive. Everyone we spoke with told us they had no concerns about the support they were receiving, however they would contact the office if they had any concerns and were confident appropriate action would be taken.
We found people were treated respectfully and given support to have their say in how they wanted to be helped and were supported to do the things they wanted to do. The people who accessed the service provided by Allied Healthcare ' Prescot were supported by staff who were appropriated recruited, well trained and experienced at supporting them. The service had arrangements in place to safeguard people from abuse the service had effective systems for monitoring the quality of care and risks, and responded appropriately to concerns, complaints and incidents.
