During a routine inspection
People who use the services told us they were very satisfied with the support and care they received. They also told us they were included in developing their personal care support packages and had the opportunity to express their views and opinions about the service. People also confirmed staff were courteous; they treated them with dignity and maintained their independence by involving them in their care.
However, one person who used the service did tell us of their frustration in short notice changes to their appointment times particularly when their regular carer is off duty. This had occurred on the morning of our visit.
