During a routine inspection
The day after our visit to the office we spoke with two people who used the service and six members of staff. People who used the service told us they were happy with the care and support they received and that they liked living in their home. One person said, 'I am well looked after.' Another person said, 'The staff are reliable.'
Staff we spoke with had a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities within the team and told us that people received appropriate and safe care.
Care and support was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Care plans were comprehensive and contained good information about what people could do on their own and when they needed assistance. They clearly identified how care should be delivered.
The provider supported staff to deliver care to an appropriate standard. Staff we spoke with told us everyone worked well together and they felt well supported.
People who used the service and staff said the care provider provided a good service. People said they were asked if they were satisfied with the service. One person who used the service told us they talked to staff if they were worried and 'They will sort things out'. Another person who used the service said, '(Name of manager) comes and sees us and asks if we're alright.'
