During a routine inspection
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare. People who used the service told us they liked the staff who assisted them and they said they felt well cared for.
People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse and felt safe when the staff were assisting them.
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us that staff practised good infection prevention and control techniques.
Appropriate checks were undertaken before staff began work. People who used the service told us that they liked the staff that assisted them.
People were given support by the provider to make a comment or complaint where they needed assistance. People we spoke with told us they knew what to do if they were not happy with the service they received.
