During a routine inspection
People had been fully involved in their initial needs assessment and felt that the registered manager would always respect their decisions. One person told us, 'I am always involved in the assessments. It's an excellent service. All the staff are very caring and respectful.'
People felt the agency was well run and flexible in meeting their individual needs. They felt the care staff attended their appointments in a timely manner and performed their duties in accordance with their individual care plans.
People felt staff promoted their safety and wellbeing when receiving interventions and felt confident that the registered manager would address any concerns to their satisfaction.
People told us they felt the care staff employed at the agency were suitable, honest and trustworthy. Comments included, 'I am delighted with all the staff.' And, 'All the staff are excellent.'
People who used the agency, and their advocates, told us that they felt confident in discussing any areas of service provision with the registered manager and felt confident their views and opinions would be respected and valued by the registered manager.
