During a routine inspection
We viewed patient feedback to the service, and one person said "thank you for your professional, timely and kind response... and thank you, your staff and your service for being exactly as you describe on the website". Another person said "thank you for your service over the past two years... I have found your service professional, efficient and convenient".
We found the service provided appropriate information to people seeking medical advice, whether they were members of the service or not. We found that the service respected people's decisions for treatment, and cooperated with other providers to ensure people received good care.
