During a routine inspection
We found people were treated with dignity and respect and their independence was promoted. People's care and support needs were appropriately assessed and their care was planned and delivered in line with their individual support plans. People were involved in making decisions about their care. Where decisions had been made on their behalf, they showed us they clearly understood the reasons for this and saw this was in their best interests.
Staff showed clear understanding of good practice and how to keep people safe. They were well supported by the provider and had appropriate opportunities to access training relevant to their roles.
We found the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service people received, which helped to protect people using the service.
