During a themed inspection looking at Children's Services
We spoke with four staff members that worked at the service who all told us they felt well supported in their roles.
We found that people's needs were assessed and care plans had been put in place to ensure that their needs were met. We found that people's preferences were documented in their care plans and we saw that care records demonstrated that people's preferences were being respected.
We found that staff had a sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and the child protection policy along with their responsibilities under the policy. We found that staff received appropriate training to enable them to carry out their roles and that there were systems in place that enabled the provider to assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
